A collection starts with an idea: a colour, a symbol, an attitude to sport. Equipado gives you a space to explore that identity on the product.
In the studio, you turn your design into a kit. In the factory, sublimation, cutting and sewing bring the pieces to life. Final artwork, sizes and commercial conditions must be confirmed before production.

The tier price applies to every unit in the order. VAT is added at the applicable rate.

No design fee on the website and no charge for applying images.
Shipping is not included. We work with delivery partners to secure the best possible price.
The first order requires payment upfront. After the first purchase, prices may be reviewed for commercial partnerships.
We cover 100% of the cost of resolving errors or defects, at no cost to the customer.
Before your first collection.
Do I need design skills?
You do not need to start with a technical file. Choose patterns, change colours and upload your artwork in the studio. The 3D preview lets you explore your design before preparing for production.
Can I use my logo?
Yes. Upload PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG artwork. Placement and print quality need to be checked in the final artwork.
How do I prepare collection sizes?
Enter the brand and collection names and allocate quantities by size. The review shows whether the total matches the project quantity. The product size guide is awaiting confirmation.
Can I try a sample first?
A sample costs €50 excluding VAT and is free if you proceed with production. The lead time is confirmed in the quote. Preparing a project does not reserve or order a sample.
What about labels, packaging and shipping to my customers?
These options require individual confirmation and are not included in the prices shown. Creating a design does not create an online store or an end-customer shipping service.
How much does it cost and when will it be ready?
Check our quantity pricing and calculate your project in the studio. Prices exclude VAT and shipping, with no design fee or charge per applied image. We deliver to Europe and the USA in 1 to 4 weeks after confirmation, final artwork approval and payment. The first order requires payment upfront. Request a quote to confirm VAT, shipping and lead time.
