These conditions govern the configurator, quote requests and online purchases where available. Specific consumer rights apply to those purchasing for purposes outside their trade or profession. Business purchases follow the agreed conditions, subject to applicable law.

Configuration and quote requests

Saving a design, choosing a sample or downloading a summary does not create an order, reservation or production contract. A purchase only starts when you explicitly confirm an order at checkout, where available. To request a quote, send your summary and quantities to geral@equipado.pt.

Configurator amounts are indicative simulations and do not constitute a binding offer. 3D images are illustrative; on-screen appearance may differ from fabric and printing.

Price, payment and acceptance

The written quote must identify the items, customisations, quantities, minimums, price, applicable VAT, delivery costs, destination, delivery time and quote validity. The total payable and any charges must be communicated before acceptance. Checkout shows only available destinations and payment methods, with price, VAT, delivery and total in euros itemised before acceptance.

For purchases by quote, payment methods and timing, including any deposit, are those stated in the quote. At checkout, the order button creates an obligation to pay the displayed total. Payment is processed by Ifthenpay; we do not receive card details. Registering an order generates a reference, and payment is only confirmed following notification from the provider. Confirmation with amounts and conditions is sent by email. Production remains subject to final artwork approval. The order depends on the customer accepting the conditions and formal confirmation by Triângulo Curvado, Lda. The customer must receive a copy of the agreed conditions by email or another durable medium.

Approval and changes

Final artwork, names, numbers, sizes, quantities and finishes must be approved before production. Later changes require written confirmation of feasibility and any impact on price and timing. Approval does not remove statutory rights for defects or lack of conformity.

Content and use

You must have the necessary rights or permissions to use brands, logos, images and player data. Your content rights are not transferred to Equipado by using the configurator. Do not enter unlawful content or compromise service security.

Keep a downloaded copy of your project: browser storage may be cleared and is not a permanent archive. Nothing in these conditions excludes liabilities or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Deliveries, returns and complaints

See the conditions for delivery, withdrawal and warranty, privacy policy and the contacts, Complaints Book and alternative dispute resolution. Portuguese law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory rules applicable to them.
